Our Standard Delivery (2–5 working days) is the most affordable at N$75.00.

At the moment, we don’t offer fixed-time slots. However, deliveries happen within the stated window, and our drivers will contact you when en route. We are flexible and know things can change, so our team will always be in contact with you for any assistance.

Your order will be automatically scheduled for the next available delivery slot. You’ll be notified and you can view the expected delivery date in your order details.

Yes, we offer both Saturday and Sunday deliveries: • Saturday: Order before 11:59 pm Friday • Sunday: Order before 10:00 am Saturday

Shipping methods are applied per store. If you order multiple items from the same store, you’ll only pay for the selected shipping method once — no matter how many items are in your cart from that store. However, if you order items from different stores, each store’s delivery is handled separately. This means that the chosen shipping method and its cost will apply to each store individually. For example: • Ordering 3 items from Store A = 1 shipping fee • Ordering 2 items from Store A and 1 item from Store B = 2 shipping fees (one per store)

No, Nambuy does not currently have any physical pickup locations - we deliver right to your door.

We offer five flexible delivery options to suit your schedule: • Same Day Delivery: Place your order before 10:00 am, and we’ll deliver it the same day between 3:00 pm and 7:00 pm. This service costs N$100.00. • Next Day Delivery: Order any time before 11:59 pm, and your delivery will arrive the next day between 7:00 am and 7:00 pm. The fee for this option is N$90.00. • Saturday Delivery: To receive your order on Saturday between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm, make sure to place it before 11:59 pm on Friday. The delivery fee is N$80.00. • Sunday Delivery: For Sunday deliveries between 11:00 am and 7:00 pm, orders must be placed before 10:00 am on Saturday. This option is priced at N$85.00. • Standard Delivery: If you’re not in a rush, we offer a standard delivery option that takes 2 to 5 working days and costs N$75.00.

Nambuy charges a shipping fee based on your preferred shipping method.
