SHIPPING DELIVERY POLICY

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.


WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

Free Shipping

We offer free (based on order amount) shipping for orders over N$ 2000.00.

Shipping Fees

We also offer shipping at the following rates:

If you select a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.


All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.



Shipping Fees for Multi-Store Orders

Shipping fees are calculated per store to ensure accurate delivery handling.


When you place an order from a single store, the selected shipping method (e.g., Same Day, Next Day, Standard, etc.) will be applied once only, regardless of how many items you order from that store.


However, if your order includes products from multiple different stores, the selected shipping method and corresponding fee will be applied separately for each store. This is because each store processes and dispatches its own items independently.


Example Scenarios:

  1. Single Store Order: 3 items from Store A = 1 shipping fee (based on selected delivery method)
  2. Multi-Store Order: 2 items from Store A and 1 item from Store B = 2 shipping fees (one per store)


This per-store shipping structure allows us to maintain fast, reliable delivery times while supporting a diverse range of vendors on our platform.


Delivery Area Restrictions

Our shipping services are limited to specific geographic areas based on zip codes (postal codes). Customers will only be able to place an order if their delivery address falls within our active service areas.


If a customer enters a delivery zip code that is not currently supported, the checkout process will be restricted and the order will not be processed.


We continuously review and expand our delivery zones. If your area is not yet covered, we encourage you to check back in the future or contact our support team for updates.

To accommodate older address formats still in use by some customers, we also support legacy 4-digit ZIP codes that were previously used before the introduction of the 5-digit system:

Note: While these legacy codes are accepted at checkout, we encourage customers to use the updated 5-digit NamPost codes for faster processing and accurate delivery routing.


DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We do not offer international shipping.


WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
